Neurodivergent people are often expected to function in spaces that were never designed with their nervous systems in mind, then blamed when those spaces become too much. Sensory Space Consulting helps families, churches, and workplaces create intentional environments where people can calm their bodies, gather their thoughts, and return to the moment with dignity. Whether at home, church, or work, Relationship Goals Coaching helps design spaces that support real regulation, not just distraction.

A sensory space is not just a cute corner with soft lighting, fidget toys, and coloring sheets. Those tools can be helpful, but they are not the whole plan.
A true sensory space is designed around what the nervous system actually needs. Some people need quiet. Some need movement. Some need pressure, rhythm, structure, softness, or a place to step away before they completely shut down. The goal is not to keep people busy. The goal is to help them feel supported enough to participate.

Home should be a place where people can reset, not a place where everyone is constantly overstimulated and trying to hold it together. We help families create calm corners, homework areas, bedtime supports, decompression spaces, and routines that make daily life feel more manageable for neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and parents.

Churches often want to be welcoming, but many worship spaces, youth programs, and community events can feel overwhelming for neurodivergent children and adults. We help churches create sensory spaces that allow people to step away, regulate, and return without feeling excluded, embarrassed, or treated like a disruption.

Workplaces are not just desks, meetings, and deadlines. They are also lights, noise, interruptions, social expectations, and pressure to stay “on” all day. We help employers create decompression spaces that support focus, regulation, and productivity without making employees feel like they have to disappear to function.
We talk through who the space is for, what is currently happening, and what kind of support is needed.
We look at the room, layout, lighting, sound, flow, routines, and barriers that may be making regulation harder.
You receive practical recommendations for the space, including layout, tools, products, routines, and how to use the space with purpose.
Either we will get to work creating the perfect space for you, or you receive practical recommendations for the space, including layout, tools, products, routines, and how to use the space with purpose.
