Relationship Goals Coaching provides practical neurodivergence trainings for leaders and teams who want to better understand ADHD, autism, communication differences, workplace behavior, and the systems that help employees do their best work. These trainings help organizations move from labeling people as difficult to creating clearer expectations, better communication, and support that actually makes sense. 

Our approach to counseling emphasizes the importance of communication, empathy, and mutual respect. We use a variety of evidence-based techniques to help clients develop these skills and resolve conflicts in a healthy and productive manner. We also offer premarital counseling and couples retreats.
