This training explores how neurodivergent employees, especially Black and brown employees, are often mislabeled as rude, defiant, emotional, distracted, lazy, or unprofessional. Leaders learn how to examine assumptions around tone, facial expressions, questions, emotional expression, masking, rejection sensitivity, and workplace bias.
