Work can be exhausting when your brain is constantly trying to translate unclear expectations, shifting priorities, social rules, deadlines, sensory needs, and communication styles that were not built with you in mind.
Workplace support helps ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or questioning adults understand their patterns at work, identify what support they may need, and prepare to communicate those needs with more clarity and confidence.

You feel misunderstood, corrected, or labeled difficult at work.
You struggle with deadlines, task initiation, follow-through, time management, or overwhelm.
You ask questions for clarity, but people treat it like pushback.
You shut down, overexplain, people-please, or get emotional after feedback.
You are considering asking for accommodations but do not know where to start.
You are newly diagnosed or wondering if ADHD, autism, or AuDHD may be affecting your work life.

Workplace support helps you make sense of what is actually happening at work instead of blaming yourself for everything. We look at your patterns, communication style, stress points, executive functioning needs, sensory needs, feedback responses, and the places where work keeps feeling harder than it should.
From there, we work on practical ways to organize your thoughts, prepare for hard conversations, identify possible support needs, and communicate more clearly with supervisors, HR, providers, or your team.
You do not have to keep masking, overexplaining, shutting down, or trying to prove you belong in systems that were not built with you in mind.
Preparing for accommodation conversations
Organizing your thoughts before meeting with HR or a provider
Understanding what support you may need at work
Communicating deadlines, instructions, and clarification needs
Managing overwhelm, task initiation, and follow-through
Navigating feedback, rejection sensitivity, and shutdowns
Creating routines and systems that fit your brain
Reducing shame around being misunderstood at work

You do not need a formal diagnosis to start. Many adults come here because they are just beginning to ask, “What if I’m not lazy, difficult, or inconsistent? What if my brain just works differently?”
This support can help you organize your experiences, notice patterns, prepare questions, and better understand what kind of help or accommodations may support you moving forward.

Workplace support is coaching and education. It is not therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, HR representation, or medical treatment. Relationship Goals Coaching does not diagnose ADHD, autism, or any mental health condition through workplace support. Coaching can help you organize your experiences, prepare questions, and advocate for the support you need.
