Purpose

Responsibilities

- Human Resources (HR): Overseeing the implementation of this policy, providing training, and addressing complaints.
Complaint Procedure
1. Reporting: Individuals who believe they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment should report the incident to HR, their supervisor, or any member of management.
2. **Investigation:** HR will conduct a prompt, thorough, and confidential investigation of the complaint.
3. **Resolution:** If discrimination or harassment is found to have occurred, appropriate corrective action will be taken, which may include disciplinary measures up to and including termination of employment or volunteer status.
4. **No Retaliation:** Relationship Goals Inc. prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports discrimination or harassment or participates in an investigation.
Training and Awareness
- Regular Training: All employees, volunteers, and board members will receive regular training on anti-discrimination and harassment policies and procedures.
- Awareness Campaigns: Conduct periodic awareness campaigns to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Monitoring and Review
- Ongoing Monitoring: HR will monitor the implementation of this policy and ensure it is applied consistently.
